Brendan Callanan, President
Brendan is the founder & principal of Combined Construction Services, and has over 30 years of building and construction management experience. Brendan began his career in Ireland as a carpenter before emigrating to the United States, where he honed his management skills as a construction superintendent, working with industrial titans such as Morse Diesel and AMEC, and supervising project budgets in excess of $75 million.
After this initial success, Brendan realized that he yearned to return to his early passion for fine architectural detail and the challenges of executing custom residential work, so he founded CCS in 2001, serving the Greater Los Angeles area. For over 20 years, Combined Construction Services has continued to grow and flourish as a master home builder, with Brendan consistently praised by clients for his work ethic, craftsmanship, cost-effective management skills, and precise attention to detail.

CCS combines Brendan’s experience with both high-end residential and industrial construction into a full-service general contracting firm. This depth and breadth of experience allows CCS to tackle difficult structural challenges and large-scale projects with confidence, without sacrificing the high-level craftsmanship and detail that are required of the fine homebuilder. CCS focuses on high-end residential work, and complete 2-3 large scale projects per year, in addition to smaller renovations and providing service to our long-term clients. Most of CCS’ field crew have been with the company for nearly 20 years, and bring their dedication to each and every project.
